Educational Philosophy

Each child is given a fair chance at education and allowed to work alongside their peers in a technology based classroom.  This classroom environment supports their holistic development in areas such as academics, performing arts, sports etc. and caters to the multiple intelligences of learners. Gardner (1983) 

My teaching style is based on the  “old school” morals and values we saw long ago but it also incorporates modern aspects such as the use of technology and “out of the box” teaching strategies. Therefore, in my classroom you would find  the use of drama, games, multi media presentations, music, dance and practical activities, being utilized to administer lessons. This student centered approach fosters creativity, critical thinking, hands on and meaningful learning experiences.
